Capgemini’s UK ASE team needed a digital facilitation platform to replace a whiteboard-centric experience with something more flexible, automated, and visually impressive for clients. Working with Intuiface through Engage Works, the team looked for a solution that could support digital whiteboarding, multi-screen connectivity, and movement of digital assets across screens without the time and cost of building everything from scratch.

Intuiface helped deliver a semi-bespoke platform in just a couple of months, producing an MVP that met most of Capgemini’s requirements and was rolled out in London. The result evolved into a state-of-the-art digital facilitation platform with CMS integration and mobile apps, and it has since expanded to five ASE centres across two countries.
