Tryperion Partners is a six-person private real estate investment firm that manages more than $1.6 billion of real estate equity (now valued at over $5 billion) and serves 39 limited partnerships. The firm’s previous investor portal was difficult to use and unreliable, forcing staff into hours of monthly phone support and manual document distribution and causing client frustration.

Tryperion replaced that system with Intralinks Fundspace, a secure, intuitive portal that centralizes 300–400 documents and uses FileSplit to auto-create client-specific reports. The change cut investor-document distribution from 3–4 hours a month to minutes, improved the client experience and boosted the firm’s professional credibility.
