Lagardère Services, the travel-retail and news distribution arm of France’s Lagardère Group, needed to divest its Swiss distribution and integrated retail units and manage a multipart due diligence process across Switzerland and France. The deal team had to centralize and share roughly 20,000 documents securely and quickly, so they selected Intralinks Dealspace to run the virtual data room for the transaction.
