Intralinks® facilitates an efficient and secure collaboration platform for Pro Bono Foundation

The Pro Bono Foundation is a Chilean non-profit that coordinates volunteer legal services across 36 firms, eight corporate legal departments and some 200 volunteer lawyers. Facing inefficient, unintuitive tools and strict confidentiality requirements, the Foundation needed a secure, globally accessible way to manage case files and multiple document versions while supporting dozens of lawyers working remotely on thousands of cases each year.

Intralinks VIA was deployed as the Foundation’s collaboration and content-management platform. Within four weeks users were onboarded and processes were streamlined: all case documents are stored in the cloud with a single version and full edit history, access is controlled at the project level, and staff can work securely from any device. The result is faster, more efficient case handling, stronger document security and support for 100+ lawyers collaborating monthly across 2,000+ annual cases and 100,000 managed documents.
