Intershop delivered a responsive Commerce Management 7.9 platform with a new real‑time ERP interface that serves tens of thousands of customers, 200,000 products and retrieves billions of prices from SHCware in under 3 seconds. The solution supports up to 600 user profiles per customer with automated authorization workflows, dynamic assortments at login, omnichannel display of 15 sales reps’ agreements, automated customer‑data sync, and cloud‑based personalization by partner 4FO AG (SolR Cloud); the pilot went live in 4.5 months, reduced manual work, sped procurement and strengthened Papier LIEBL’s digital B2B capabilities.
