Martin & Servera is a leading Swedish B2B wholesaler of food, beverages and equipment serving restaurants, caterers and cafés. To create a faster, more comfortable B2C‑like ordering experience with strong B2B functionality and personalized product content, Martin & Servera partnered with Intershop and launched a new e‑commerce solution in 2018 using the Intershop Commerce Platform.

Intershop delivered its Commerce Platform with out‑of‑the‑box B2B features, deep personalization (customer‑specific pages, pricing and content), seamless integration into the existing IT landscape and new channels such as Google Assistant voice ordering. The results: e‑commerce now represents 70% of total revenues, the site ranks among Sweden’s top ten web shops (the only B2B entrant), online sales grow roughly 10% year over year, and sales staff have shifted from taking orders to focusing on customer relationships — measurable business and operational improvements driven by Intershop.
