Intershop successfully implements a white-label online store for Schmiederer & Schendl

Schmiderer & Schendl, an Austrian supplier of toys, therapeutic materials and furniture with over 40 years’ experience, needed to strengthen digital sales in Austria by offering their complete product range online, reuse Dusyma’s existing e‑commerce processes, and present products by themed “worlds” while meeting Austrian market specifics. To achieve this they engaged Intershop and its commerce platform/multi‑client Intershop Commerce Management solution.

Intershop delivered a white‑label shop based on the Dusyma online store (implemented with Intershop Commerce Management 7.7), adding Austrian‑specific modules—payment options, separate freight calculation, product number search, themed catalogs, and a Microsoft Navision ERP interface—so Schmiderer & Schendl could quickly launch a full online catalog selling both Dusyma’s and their own products. The Intershop multi‑client approach enabled fast market entry, retained sensory/theme presentation, and ensures Schmiderer & Schendl can benefit from future functional extensions of the Dusyma system.
