Penti, the Turkish retailer and market leader in lingerie, beachwear and legwear, needed to replace a limiting Magento setup to better support omnichannel growth and personalized commerce. To reposition its online performance and merge online/offline experiences, Penti partnered with Myra New Media and implemented Intershop’s Commerce Suite, seeking flexibility to add services like Click & Collect and advanced personalization.

Intershop’s Commerce Suite gave Penti a single e‑commerce infrastructure with out‑of‑the‑box omnichannel features, BI-driven personalization (supporting services like MyBra and personalized bras) and multi‑level campaign capabilities. As a result Penti simplified day‑to‑day operations, launched targeted lines such as “Ma Vie Privée” with immediate positive results, and supported rapid expansion—reporting 82% global growth, more than 5 million visitors to Romanian shops in 2018 and over 60 million annual web visitors—while enabling further store openings and international scaling.
