Galatea, Scandinavia’s leading beverage wholesaler, needed to digitize its B2B business to meet rising customer expectations: a B2C-like shopping experience for horeca and Systembolaget customers, better brand and consumer-facing content, and new digital services to boost satisfaction and reach. To achieve this, Galatea chose the Intershop Commerce Platform as the foundation for its new e-commerce channel.

Intershop’s scalable platform now supports Galatea’s 1,000+ product assortment, delivered a modern customer experience, expanded reach with consumer-facing content, and reduced development effort by sharing features across the parent group.
