IGO Promo, a Netherlands-based market leader in promotional products for 70 years, needed a modern, B2C-like shopping experience across 12 European stores while integrating multiple third-party systems and outsourcing scalable hosting. To meet these requirements, IGO Promo chose the Intershop Commerce Platform.

Intershop implemented the Commerce Platform with the “My IGO Promo” customer environment, responsive design, and open API integrations to connect Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) and Stibo Trailblazer (PIM), hosted on AWS. The solution enabled centralized management and rapid rollout—12 online shops went live in six months—reduced information gaps between systems, cut hosting overhead, and delivered a scalable, more convenient B2C-style experience for IGO Promo customers.
