TeleSign Simplifies Web Application Access with Intermedia AppID® Enterprise

TeleSign, a Marina del Rey–based mobile identity solutions company that helps secure more than 1.5 billion accounts and employs about 300 people, was struggling with identity and access management as staff used many cloud web apps. Password fatigue, insecure reuse, manual provisioning and inconsistent two‑factor settings created security risks, frequent help‑desk calls and inefficient workflows for IT and employees.

In February 2016 TeleSign deployed Intermedia AppID Enterprise company‑wide, providing a single sign‑on portal, uniform two‑factor authentication and automated, strong password management across all web apps. The rollout sped up provisioning, reduced password resets and administrative overhead, improved employee satisfaction and delivered stronger, centralized security.
