Environment Control, a Tucson-based building and landscaping maintenance company that services over 250 properties, struggled to keep constantly changing customer instructions current. Two people now maintain files that sync across devices, eliminating paper-driven processes, improving security (no lost USBs or printouts), saving time and money, and providing always-current information to field staff at a low per-user cost.
