Precision Warehouse Design (PWD) is a 10-person warehouse design and integration firm based in Carrollton, TX, serving retailers and distributors like Amazon and The Container Store. As an Intermedia customer since 2007, PWD needed a more user-friendly way for mobile sales teams to find and share large files (including AutoCAD drawings) in the field and for administrative staff to collaborate on business reports; their previous iBackup solution proved inadequate.

PWD adopted Intermedia’s SecuriSync via the HostPilot control panel, rolling it out after beta testing. Staff now store and share proposals, order sheets and large drawings in SecuriSync, use the iPhone app to send references during customer meetings, and avoid cumbersome email attachments or FTP; the result is faster deal-closing (including a cited $200,000 opportunity), improved mobile access, and streamlined collaboration across the company.
