NMGI sees cloud service growth through partnership

Network Management Group, Inc. (NMGI) is a Hutchinson, Kansas–based IT consulting firm that has served small and mid-size businesses—especially accounting firms—for over 25 years. As clients in the accounting vertical began adopting cloud services, NMGI recognized the need to offer hosted Exchange and related solutions but did not want to invest in running its own infrastructure; the firm required 24/7 support, private-label branding and compliance features without the staffing and capital burden of hosting.

NMGI partnered with Intermedia for its private-label cloud platform and financially backed SLAs, gaining 24x7 support, white-label resources and compliance features such as archiving and policy-based encryption. Since the partnership began in 2011, NMGI’s Exchange-based cloud business has grown steadily and the company is expanding into Backup, Lync/Skype, SharePoint and VoIP services—allowing NMGI to focus on consulting and managed services while leveraging Intermedia’s operations and support.
