HAZ Technologies, a Columbus-based IT and graphic design firm and Intermedia partner since 2011, had successfully sold Exchange email and SecuriSync but wanted to add Intermedia’s cloud voice to offer integrated data and voice services. The team, however, lacked experience selling VoIP and needed a fast, simple, and cost-effective way to market cloud voice to generate demand and manage administration remotely.

By using Intermedia’s marketing automation platform—brandable content, templates, automated workflows and real-time metrics—HAZ launched a Cloud PBX campaign (featuring a cost-savings video, report and interactive calculator) and quickly followed up on leads. The result: expanded service offerings, a larger sales pipeline and a 50% increase in business deals within six months.
