Easter Seals Bay Area Supports Rapid Growth with Intermedia Hosted Exchange and Intermedia AppID® Enterprise

Easter Seals Bay Area (ESBA) is a non-profit provider of behavioral health and therapy services that experienced rapid growth—revenue jumped from about $10M to $40M and staff grew from ~100 to over 600—creating urgent need for a scalable, HIPAA‑compliant IT infrastructure. ESBA’s priorities were stabilizing secure email (preventing outages, meeting regulatory requirements) and simplifying user authentication across many cloud and on‑prem apps without long deployments or steep learning curves for IT staff.
