Livestorm, a Paris-based video communications platform that hosts webinars, meetings and online events, faced rapid growth and a surge in inbound conversations — from about 1,000 to over 13,400 monthly — while needing to scale sales and support, keep response times low, and increase demo conversions without losing a personal customer experience.
They implemented Intercom (Team Inbox, Custom Bots, Resolution Bot, Outbound Messages and Product Tours) to unify sales and support, automate routing and self-serve help, and guide users to demos. The changes drove a 233% increase in monthly demos, a 94% CSAT score, one in four conversations auto-resolved by Resolution Bot, median VIP response times of ~6 minutes, and Product Tours with an average 50% completion (up to 95%).
