Rocket Money, a leading personal finance app, was struggling to keep up with more than 60,000 support conversations each month as its customer base and support complexity grew. Using Intercom’s Fin AI Agent and Intercom Suite, the team needed a way to scale support reliably without relying on manual routing and adding more headcount.
Intercom implemented Fin gradually, starting with a small share of conversations and expanding to key workflows like billing, troubleshooting, and account access. The result was that Fin began handling more than half of all conversations and resolving 68% of them, while human CSAT rose by six points, manual triage was largely eliminated, and Rocket Money achieved about $1M in annual ROI from Fin.
