Northwest Exterminating is an Atlanta-based full-service pest control company that grew rapidly through acquisitions across Georgia and the southeast. Rapid branch expansion exposed limits in their legacy phone system and created a patchwork of heterogeneous communications in often rural locations, while a small IT team spent too much time on routine moves, adds and changes instead of strategic integration.

Northwest implemented West IP Communications’ cloud services—ControlMaxx hosted contact center for call routing, VoiceMaxx hosted voice over the Maxxis MPLS network, and MaxxSecure managed security—allowing new offices to be brought online with only router and switch hardware. The result was consistent voice/data quality across more than 8,000 rate centers, simplified branch rollouts, reduced IT overhead, and faster, more responsive support for ongoing operations.
