SpaceTime, a Chicago-based media planning and buying firm founded in 1994, needed modern conferencing capabilities—presentation sharing, email-integrated scheduling and remote training—to support client retention and prospecting. As a small company, SpaceTime struggled to find affordable solutions from its existing provider and employees were unaware that enterprise-style web meetings were within reach for a company of their size.
