KPMG Job fair attracts 10,000 attendees

KPMG, a global professional services network with thousands of tax and advisory professionals across 148 countries, needed a scalable way to reach international talent, strengthen relationships, and reduce recruiting costs. To overcome geographic limitations and tap both emerging and developed markets, the firm decided to host a global virtual jobs fair.

After three months of planning, KPMG ran a 48‑hour KPMG World Jobs Fair with a Main Hall, Exhibit Hall, Conference Hall and Resource Center offering live webcasts, chats, and direct applications. The event attracted more than 10,000 attendees from over 40 countries, generated over 9,300 job applications, earned high media visibility, and delivered strong engagement from both graduates and experienced professionals—prompting the company to consider repeating the initiative.
