Lenovo, the multinational technology company and the world’s largest PC vendor, needed to improve its online Shopping Search performance across Australia and New Zealand. Intelligent Reach began working with Lenovo in autumn 2014 to provide multi‑channel feed creation and bid management, supporting Shopping Search (including Google Shopping) plus retargeting and paid search activity in the region.
Intelligent Reach implemented its proprietary feed and performance platform, managing six Shopping Search partners and delivering cross‑channel product‑level reporting and expert optimisation. As a result, Lenovo achieved clear gains in Shopping Search: average month‑on‑month ROAS up 28%, conversion rate up 6%, average order value up 20% (Apr 2015 AOV 61% higher than Oct 2014) and revenue per click up 20% (RPC in Apr 2015 over 155% of Oct 2014); YoY Shopping Search visits and revenue were 5X and 3X higher versus the previous provider.
