National Australia Bank (NAB), one of Australia’s largest banks, faced the challenge of managing a complex, evolving master brand and multiple sub-brands across global teams. They needed an online solution to digitize lengthy brand guidelines, store and share assets (images, video, logos), onboard marketing and agency users, and automate logo requests — needs that led them to work with vendor IntelligenceBank and its BrandHub brand portal/DAM capabilities.

IntelligenceBank implemented a customized BrandHub with interactive, reusable guideline content, revamped navigation, self‑registration and asset management, enabling sections of guidelines to be repurposed across channels. The solution has been continually improved since its January 2016 launch and delivered measurable impact: 12,743 assets on the platform, 13,800+ users, 70,000+ monthly views and an estimated 2 hours per day saved in admin time, demonstrating IntelligenceBank’s flexibility and time savings for NAB.
