Volkswagen Motor Polska, the Polish arm of Volkswagen AG, launched the new Taigo SUV and aimed to boost brand awareness while testing whether adding Instagram Reels to its usual Meta ad placements would improve campaign performance.
By running Reels ads alongside Facebook and Instagram feeds and Stories, the Taigo launch saw a 2.5× lift in action intent and a 2× lift in ad recall among 25–44-year-olds, plus a 24% lower cost per ad‑recall lift—showing that diversifying formats improved memorability and awareness.
