The Fight Is In Us, a coalition of more than 40 organizations, needed to raise national awareness among U.S. COVID-19 survivors and encourage them to donate antibody-rich plasma. Working through Microsoft, the group used Instagram and Facebook video ads to promote its donor recruitment campaign and drive people to its website and local donation centers.

Instagram helped power the campaign with targeted video ads, including Instagram feed and Stories placements, celebrity-led creative, and campaign budget optimization to improve performance in real time. The effort reached 3.95 million people and delivered a 26-point lift in standard ad recall, a 5.1-point lift in brand awareness, and a 1.9-point lift in action intent.
