Tazz is Romania’s leading food and grocery delivery app, serving more than 500,000 monthly users across 25 cities and having reached over 2 million people. The company aimed to raise brand awareness and consideration, encourage app downloads, and get more people to try Tazz’s food and delivery services.

Working with Meta Creative Shop, Tazz ran an Instagram Stories campaign that invited users to vote for their favorite local dishes, driving engagement and click-throughs to order and install the app. The campaign delivered measurable lifts: a 2.7‑point increase in ad recall, a 3.6‑point lift in action intent among 18–24-year-olds, and a 7‑point rise in attribute ratings for 15–24-year-olds.
