Surepi is a South Korean makeup brand that sells trendy products like the Ridge Highlighter through its own ecommerce site. Facing the challenge of launching new products digitally and testing different storytelling approaches, the brand aimed to leverage influencer collaborations to build trust and drive online sales.

Surepi partnered with agency Leferi and 15 Stories creators to run Instagram-branded content ads, split-testing two storylines (product-focused visuals versus tutorial) using Facebook’s Test & Learn, automatic placements, and campaign budget optimization. Product-focused ads delivered the best performance: 51% higher return on ad spend, 33% lower cost per action, 47% lower cost per purchase, and 35% lower cost to reach 1,000 people.
