Showtime Clinic, a cosmetic surgery and reconstructive services centre, needed a fast, simple way to produce mobile‑first, high‑quality video ads and build a reusable creative library to boost ad performance and encourage prospective patients to start conversations.

Using Canva’s video templates and Meta Creative Shop copy frameworks, the clinic created three attention‑grabbing videos and ran ads that click to Instagram Direct and Messenger (including Stories) with Messenger API integration, Advantage+ placements and lookalike plus broad targeting. Compared with photo ads, the video campaign delivered 22% lower cost per message, 28% lower cost per new messaging connection and a 16% higher message‑per‑reach ratio.
