Samsung Electronics (Samsung Levant) wanted to raise awareness of its new Neo QLED 4K and 8K TVs and drive more online sales in Jordan and Iraq while many retail outlets were closed during the COVID‑19 pandemic.

They ran Instagram video ads that led users to an AR filter—developed with Pixel Chalk—so people could place lifelike virtual TVs in their homes (campaign ran July 5–21, 2021). The campaign boosted ad recall (+9 points in Jordan, +7.9 in Iraq; +11 in Iraq for Gen Z) and lifted brand favourability (+3.4 points Jordan, +5.3 Jordan Gen Z, +3.3 Iraq), helping increase online sales.
