Samsung Saudi Arabia aimed to drive excitement and engagement for its flagship Galaxy S21, especially among Gen Z (18–24), and to grow interaction with its #withGalaxy hashtag. The challenge was to boost brand awareness, ad recall and consideration in a crowded mobile market.
Samsung ran a series of Instagram Reels ads featuring short, full‑screen vertical behind‑the‑scenes videos from a Galaxy S21 photoshoot that used creative storytelling to highlight product features. The campaign lifted ad recall by 6.7 points (6.9 points among 18–24s), increased consideration by 3 points and raised ad awareness by 3.8 points.
