Reserved, the flagship fashion brand of Poland’s LPP, wanted to raise awareness and drive sales for its autumn/winter collection across its European and Middle Eastern markets. The challenge was to create ads with real customer appeal that would stand out during the season’s most important selling period.

Working with Facebook Creative Shop, Reserved ran Instagram Stories ads that used the polling sticker to invite viewers to vote between looks, making the creative interactive and encouraging engagement. Ads with the polling sticker delivered a 1.5× lift in brand awareness versus standard Stories ads, and polling ads paired with call-to-action copy drove a 12× lift in awareness.
