Not A Model is an Australian business run by influencer and entrepreneur Marina de Giovanni that empowers women through events, courses and coaching. After publishing an ebook to help women grow their businesses, Marina’s challenge was to boost book sales and measure the specific impact of ads in Instagram Stories on her campaign performance.

Working with ROAS Media, she ran a split test: two campaigns with identical short vertical video and animated creative—one served in Instagram Stories and one without—and measured outcomes via a conversion lift study. Ads in Stories delivered significantly better results: 82% more incremental sales, 67% higher reach and a 31% lower cost per conversion.
