Missoma is a UK-based demi-fine jewellery brand founded in 2008 that built its audience through social channels and influencer partnerships. Facing a busy, competitive holiday season, the company aimed to boost sales and raise brand awareness during November–December.
To do this Missoma launched an Instagram Shop with curated collections (Best Sellers, Gifts, Lucy Williams), eye-catching imagery and in-app support via Messenger and Direct, and tracked performance with Commerce Manager. Between Nov 16–Dec 14, 2020 the Shop drove 45,459 new visitors (52,250 total visitors), 29,690 adds to cart and 5,641 orders.
