Hyundai Motor Company launched the compact SUV Casper in September 2021 and faced the challenge of creating a fully digitised, end-to-end online buying experience for a high‑involvement product. Their goal was to raise brand awareness and promote sales by moving the entire customer journey into a remote environment, from discovery to purchase.
Hyundai ran a full‑funnel, data‑driven campaign on Meta platforms featuring remote brand experiences, mobile‑optimised creatives and a digital showroom that guided users to online purchase. The approach improved effectiveness across the funnel: ad recall rose 17.7 points, brand awareness increased 7.3 points, and they achieved 56% cost savings per increase in conversion performance while enabling online car sales at scale.
