Cigna Health Insurance, a global health and wellness company serving more than 95 million customer and patient relationships, wanted to grow awareness for its Body and Mind influencer campaign that encouraged people to schedule both physical and emotional health checkups.

Working with media agency OMD, Cigna tested and then combined video ads in Instagram Stories and feed featuring influencers like Nick Jonas. The expanded placements increased ad recall by 8 points, favorability by 2 points, reached 120,000 additional people via Stories, and delivered a total reach of 14 million.
