BLISS is a South Korean B2B company that rents coffee machines and supplies bean subscriptions to corporate clients. To win more corporate accounts and reduce lead costs, the marketing team sought to improve the performance of its Instagram lead-generation campaigns.
Working with agency Mars30 and Meta, BLISS A/B-tested two Instant Form variants on Instagram using the same creative: a short form requesting only essential contact details and a longer form asking for budget, rental period and employee count. The short form drove 2.5x higher conversion rates and a 40% lower cost per lead (though the long form produced slightly higher-quality leads), so BLISS has adopted the shorter form for future campaigns.
