A Instagram Case Study
ADI, Israel’s National Transplant Center, needed to persuade a younger audience to sign organ donor cards at a time when people were focused on their own personal challenges. Working with Instagram, ADI launched a campaign called “The Story Continues” to connect people emotionally with the importance of organ donation.
Instagram and Facebook Creative Shop used image-feed storytelling, tags, an AR signature filter, and Instagram TV mini-documentaries to share real stories of donors and recipients. The campaign delivered more than 4,000 new organ donor signups, a 4X increase in daily signups, a 28-point lift in ad recall, and a 4.7-point increase in action intent, with ADI also reporting a 32% increase in donor card signups versus similar campaigns.
