Vodafone PLC Streamlines Report Production and Reduces Risk with CDM

Vodafone, a global communications company, needed to streamline its finance close and last‑mile reporting as part of an automation and S/4HANA transformation while preserving design integrity, security and multi‑author workflows for its Annual Report and Accounts. After evaluation, Vodafone selected insightsoftware’s Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) to modernize its reporting process and reduce risk.

insightsoftware implemented an on‑premise CDM solution on Vodafone’s virtualized private cloud, integrating SSO and Microsoft‑stack workflows and linking HFM consolidation outputs directly to published ARA documents. The deployment enabled straight‑through “as published” reporting, eliminated the vast majority of manual data entry, supported controlled distributed authorship and touchless PDF publication—reducing publishing checks and risk while improving scalability, productivity and auditability across Vodafone’s reporting cycle.
