The company worked with Insider and its AI-powered journey orchestration product, Architect, to create more individualized customer journeys across the buying cycle.
Using Insider’s web push and automation flows, Benetton built a three-stage cart recovery journey and a separate journey for new users who had not completed a transaction in the first 7 days. The company achieved a 4.8% conversion rate for cart abandonment, 7x above the industry average for the channel, and a 5.7% new user sign-up rate, 9.6x above the average website sign-up rate.
