Thegioididong.com, Vietnam’s leading electronics retailer, needed a clearer mobile web buying experience as its eCommerce pages were crowded with promotions, sales packages, and features that made the customer journey harder. Working with Insider, the company focused on improving product pages for mobile users, where most of its traffic was concentrated.

Insider helped Thegioididong.com run split tests on four mobile product page options, comparing different layouts, CTA content, and button placement. The winning version kept the original design but moved the call to action higher and made it more noticeable, producing a 16.9% higher revenue per session than the other three pages, and Insider also helped lift revenue per visit by over 17%.
