INEA, the largest telecommunications operator in Wielkopolska, Poland, wanted to increase website lead conversion and give its call center sales team better context about prospects before they called. The company turned to Insider to help create a single customer view that connected online behavior with offline sales activity.

Insider worked with INEA on site-wide testing and personalization, including tailored scenarios for new and returning visitors, click-to-call on mobile, homepage offers, highlighted contact forms, social proof on offer pages, and exit-intent forms to capture contact details. The results included a 102.3% uplift in homepage contact information submissions, more than 1,500 sales calls during the test period, more than a 200% increase in form submissions, and a more than 22.5% increase in click-through to the order page.
