Insider recommended a recently viewed items widget and an A/B test that hid the navigation bar for users with more than AED 400 in cart value. The changes drove a 16.54% uplift in AOV, a 54.93% increase in conversion rate, and AED 37,671 in incremental revenue from the widget, while the navigation test produced a 15.80% increase in CR, a 2.19% uplift in AOV, and AED 49,990 in incremental revenue.
