MAC Cosmetics, part of the Estée Lauder group, wanted to improve online engagement and conversions in the Middle East as it expanded its digital growth efforts. After seeing success with other Estee Lauder domains in Europe, the company brought Insider into the region to help strengthen onsite experiences and bottom-of-funnel performance.

Insider recommended and implemented a mix of onsite and personalization tools, including InStory, Hamburger Menu, and last-viewed product recommendations. MAC Cosmetics reported a 123.5% uplift in conversions from InStory campaigns, a 4.2% uplift in conversion rate from Hamburger Menu, and a 10.7% conversion rate uplift from last-viewed product recommendations.
