After seeing success with other Estee Lauder domains in Europe, the company brought Insider into the region to help strengthen onsite experiences and bottom-of-funnel performance.
Insider recommended and implemented a mix of onsite and personalization tools, including InStory, Hamburger Menu, and last-viewed product recommendations. MAC Cosmetics reported a 123.5% uplift in conversions from InStory campaigns, a 4.2% uplift in conversion rate from Hamburger Menu, and a 10.7% conversion rate uplift from last-viewed product recommendations.
