myToys Russia wanted to increase conversion rates and learn more about what its customers responded to best. To do that, the online retailer turned to Insider to help test which offers would fit its brand and encourage more customers to convert.
Insider supported an A/B/n test across web and mobile web using a birthday landing page with a “Wheel of Fortune” and four prize offers: free delivery, a 10% discount voucher, Gift A, and Gift B. The promotion produced a 41% click-through rate and a 17.19% uplift in conversions, with the 10% discount performing best, followed by free delivery.
