Neredekal.com, a hotel search engine platform founded in 2007, wanted to improve conversions on its hotel listing and detail pages. The company used Insider’s website layout optimization and A/B testing features to evaluate a personalized overlay message with two call to action buttons and determine whether it was helping or hurting revenue.
Using Insider’s A/B testing technology, Neredekal.com removed the overlay message after testing the site with and without it. The change increased the click-through-rate to hotel booking pages by 11,76%, which generated more revenue for Neredekal.com.
