IRVINS, a Singapore-based snack brand with 10 physical stores and sales across multiple countries, wanted to improve conversion on its international and Singapore eCommerce sites during the COVID-19 surge in online snack shopping. As a premium brand facing high price sensitivity, it looked for a way to personalize the shopping experience, test offers, and generate more revenue from key international markets.
Insider helped IRVINS use segmentation, personalized information bars, overlays, redirection bars, Spin the Wheel gamification, and exit-intent survey overlays to guide visitors and better understand their behavior. The work drove an average CTR of 18.2% for information bars, a 33.3% CTR for desktop overlays, a 55.1% CTR on desktop and 68.8% on mobile for the gamified campaign, and a 50% increase in average pages/session duration that led to a 64.4% uplift in CR.
