Beacon Lighting, Australia’s leading specialist retailer of lights, ceiling fans, and light globes, worked with Insider when offline store sales declined during COVID and it needed a way to drive more online engagement and sales. The company wanted personalized support for both its B2B and B2C business models without requiring extensive development.

Insider used Social Proof with segmentation to show product views and encourage add-to-cart activity, while also adding Cart Reminders and product badges to improve mobile browsing and highlight offers. The results included a 22% increase in add-to-cart rate, a 10% uplift in pageviews from cart reminders, and a 4% product pageview uplift on desktop and 27% on mobile from product badges.
