How Toyota gets more test drive applications on mobile web

Toyota worked with Insider to address a challenge common to car buyers: turning website visitors into test drive applicants. Although mobile traffic was high, many visitors left without booking, and Toyota wanted more walk-ins to its showrooms by making it easier for prospects to take the next step.
