Insider recommended exit intent popups, segmented messaging, surveys, and mobile homepage personalization through its Web Suite and Customer Data Platform. Toyota said these changes drove a 166% increase in test drive applications, a 54% increase in traffic to product pages, and a 12-18% conversion rate to key campaign pages.
