Nissan partnered with Insider to build personalization-based lead generation programs. Insider used behavioral targeting, custom forms, and a header banner for visitors who viewed multiple car detail pages or showed exit intent, and the effort lifted form completion rate by 39.78% in two weeks; the exit intent scenario alone improved form completion by 53.56%.
