How Samsung Mobile Designed a Highly-Converting Multi-Channel Experience to Boost Galaxy Note 9 Sales

Samsung worked with Insider to support the launch of the Galaxy Note 9 and create a more consistent customer experience across mobile web, desktop web, and apps. Samsung had seen sharp drop-off on category and product pages and needed a stronger way to engage visitors during the launch of one of its flagship devices.

The results included conversion rates rising as high as 275%, a 14% increase in web push click-through rate, a 24% higher conversion rate for Cart Recovery Web Push Notifications than standard Web Push, over 10% conversion rate uplift from Category Optimizer, and Galaxy Note 9 contributing to 9% of total sales on Samsung’s website within 20 days of global launch.
